Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds

This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Tiggs Footwear.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 7 working days after the date of delivery you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.  You should return the goods to us within 5 working days of notification.

Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:

  •  Where you would like to return a pair of shoes you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item     Email:      We will issue you a Returns Reference Number and let you know our Returns address.

  • If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.

  •  If the item you purchased was faulty or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

  • Repackage the product in its original packaging, 

  • We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you.

  • We cannot issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us. (Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.)

  • Subject to compliance with the above terms, we will endeavour to refund the purchase price of a returned product, excluding any incurred shipping costs, within 5 working days of receipt by us of the returned product.

  • If a product has been incorrectly sent by us, or where the product has been returned due to a defect, we will also refund the reasonable cost of standard or recorded postage incurred returning a product. Please note that we will not refund any courier, overnight or express element of any delivery or postage charge.
